About Me

I'm a People Operations leader based in Bend, Oregon. For over a decade I have partnered with founders at startups to build their People function 0→1, getting my hands dirty while supporting teams through critical inflection points: pre→post revenue, R&D→product-market fit→ scale, fundraising rounds, and due diligence. I build from first principles with design thinking as every organization is unique, drawing on my experience to pressure test for best outcomes. I also have extensive experience implementing foundational business operations — OKRs, ways of working, comms, tech stacks — because in early and growth stage environments, someone has to own it, and I've never been precious about what's in my job description.
